Day 5 through 8

I didn't post anything last week.  Things moved pretty slow, and there really was not a lot to look at.

They spent most of the week trying to replace the sill and rim boards.

Here are the very few pictures that I have for last week.

The rotted boards: You can see where they hit it with the hammer.  It just fell apart when they tapped on the boards.

The jacks:  This is in the basement. (the red poles)

Here is the actual jack (they called it something else) that was used to lift the house:

Part of the sill replaced: 2nd picture is actually has the rim also replace (I was peeking under the tarp they had set up for the night)

Supplies for the footings delivered

The house back all closed up and protected from the rain for the weekend.
